Every tier includes the platform itself. What each ticket-fix attempt's actual AI reasoning costs is metered on top, per token used — a quiet month with no triggered tickets pays nothing extra. Current usage and estimated cost are always visible in your own dashboard, not just at invoice time.

Run the entire platform on your own infrastructure instead — billed as a flat license outside these tiers entirely. Nothing leaves your network.
Bring your own AI provider
